Uplifting Paws is proud of being an entirely force-free and positive reinforcement training facility. This method of training follows scientifically proven and effective techniques that will strengthen the bond between you and your dog. At Uplifting Paws, we firmly believe that dogs should always be treated in an ethical and humane manner, free from fear and pain that can accompany more traditional training methods. All of the service dogs, therapy teams and obedience clients are trained in the same way, with guidance from our certified professional dog trainers.​

Our group training class curriculum was created with our mission in mind! Future therapy teams can be assured that they will learn all necessary training materials and manners to be a successful therapy team after completing all of our group classes.
We keep our group training classes small, ensuring plenty of individualized time with our trainers. ​
Day Training is a great way to get your dog through some training and playtime! Choose a training path, and let us do all of the work. Day training incorporates an hour of training with one of our trainers during the day, alongside a day of play at our facility.
One-on-one training in the comfort of your own home, or in our facility. All private lessons are individualized and based on each dog’s unique training needs. Private training is best for clients that prefer a quieter environment and individualized attention, or clients that have behavior issues that need help prior to joining group obedience classes.
